Политика относится к сервису Turboass VPN: приложению (в Google Play оно называется «Turboas VPN»), сайту и Telegram-боту. Здесь описано, какие данные мы обрабатываем, зачем и как долго храним.

Чего мы не собираем
Мы не сохраняем, какие сайты вы открываете, DNS-запросы и содержимое трафика, который проходит через VPN. Трафик проходит через наши серверы транзитом и не записывается.
Какие данные мы обрабатываем
- Аккаунт: номер аккаунта, почта. При входе через Google — идентификатор аккаунта Google, имя и фото профиля. При входе через Telegram — идентификатор и имя пользователя Telegram.
- Устройства: модель устройства, версия Android и приложения, список подключённых устройств.
- Страна: чтобы понять, из какой вы страны, мы смотрим IP-адрес и часовой пояс устройства. Сохраняем только итог: страну и дату проверки. От страны зависит, какие функции и лимиты доступны.
- Объём трафика: сколько гигабайт израсходовано за день или период тарифа. Без адресов и содержимого.
- Журналы подключения: как прошло подключение к VPN (время, сервер, ошибки). Без адресов сайтов.
- Обращения в поддержку: переписка, приложенные скриншоты и отчёты об ошибках, которые вы отправляете сами.
- Оплаты: дата, сумма и тариф. Данные карты обрабатывает платёжный сервис, мы их не получаем.
- Уведомления: токен для push-уведомлений и номер аккаунта, к которому он привязан. Уведомления о пробном периоде и подписке получают только пользователи из России. Отключить их можно в настройках Android.
Зачем и на каком основании
- Чтобы предоставить VPN и вести ваш аккаунт: исполнение договора (ст. 6(1)(b) GDPR).
- Чтобы защищать сервис от злоупотреблений, считать лимиты и чинить ошибки: законный интерес (ст. 6(1)(f)).
- Чтобы хранить записи об оплатах для бухгалтерии: обязанность по закону (ст. 6(1)(c)).
Рекламы нет. Данные мы не продаём и не используем для рекламы.
Сколько храним
- Данные аккаунта и устройств — пока аккаунт существует.
- Журналы подключения — 30 дней.
- Записи об оплатах — столько, сколько требует закон о бухгалтерском учёте.
- После удаления аккаунта остаётся отпечаток (хеш) почты или аккаунта Google и отметка о том, что пробный период и бесплатный бонус уже использованы. Это нужно, чтобы их нельзя было получать повторно.
Кому передаём
Только тем, без кого сервис не работает: хостинг-провайдерам наших серверов, платёжным сервисам, Google (вход через Google и доставка уведомлений), Telegram (вход и бот) и OneSignal (отправка уведомлений). Каждый получает только то, что нужно для его задачи.
OneSignal и Google находятся в США. Данные передаются туда на основании стандартных договорных условий, утверждённых Европейской комиссией.
Ваши права
Вы можете получить копию своих данных, исправить их, ограничить обработку, возразить против неё или удалить аккаунт. Напишите на почту выше. Как удалить аккаунт, описано на отдельной странице. Жалобу можно подать в польский надзорный орган по защите данных: Prezes Urzędu Ochrony Danych Osobowych (uodo.gov.pl).
Дети
Сервис не предназначен для детей младше 16 лет.

Privacy Policy
Effective from 29 October 2026
This policy covers the Turboass VPN service: the app (listed on Google Play as “Turboas VPN”), the website and the Telegram bot. It explains what data we process, why, and for how long.

What we do not collect
We do not store the websites you visit, your DNS queries or the contents of traffic passing through the VPN. Traffic passes through our servers in transit and is not recorded.
Data we process
- Account: account number and email. With Google sign-in: Google account ID, name and profile photo. With Telegram sign-in: Telegram ID and username.
- Devices: device model, Android and app version, the list of connected devices.
- Country: we look at your IP address and the device time zone to determine your country. We keep only the result: the country and the date of the check. Available features and limits depend on the country.
- Traffic volume: how many gigabytes were used per day or per plan period. No addresses or contents.
- Connection logs: how VPN connections went (time, server, errors). No website addresses.
- Support requests: messages, attached screenshots and error reports you send yourself.
- Payments: date, amount and plan. Card details are handled by the payment provider; we do not receive them.
- Notifications: the push notification token and the account number it is linked to. Notifications about the trial and the subscription are sent only to users in Russia. You can turn them off in Android settings.
Purposes and legal bases
- Providing the VPN and running your account: performance of a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).
- Protecting the service from abuse, applying limits and fixing errors: legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f)).
- Keeping payment records for accounting: legal obligation (Art. 6(1)(c)).
There are no ads. We do not sell your data or use it for advertising.
Retention
- Account and device data: while the account exists.
- Connection logs: 30 days.
- Payment records: as long as accounting law requires.
- After an account is deleted we keep a hashed fingerprint of the email or Google account and a mark that the trial and the free bonus were already used, so they cannot be claimed again.
Who we share data with
Only those the service cannot work without: hosting providers of our servers, payment providers, Google (Google sign-in and notification delivery), Telegram (sign-in and the bot) and OneSignal (sending notifications). Each receives only what its task needs.
OneSignal and Google are located in the USA. Data is transferred there under the standard contractual clauses approved by the European Commission.
Your rights
You can get a copy of your data, correct it, restrict or object to processing, or delete your account. Email us at the address above. Account deletion is described on a separate page. You can lodge a complaint with the Polish data protection authority: Prezes Urzędu Ochrony Danych Osobowych (uodo.gov.pl).
Children
The service is not intended for children under 16.

If this policy changes, we will update this page and the date above.
