Как удалить аккаунт

В приложении
Откройте «Профиль», внизу нажмите «Удалить аккаунт» и подтвердите. Запрос уйдёт в поддержку.
Без приложения
Напишите на lenanovyk3@gmail.com с той почты или того аккаунта, через который входили. Укажите номер аккаунта, если знаете его, и напишите: «Прошу удалить мой аккаунт и все данные».
Что будет удалено
Аккаунт, подписка, все подключённые устройства, способы входа, токены уведомлений, журналы подключения и обращения в поддержку. VPN на всех устройствах перестанет работать. Восстановить аккаунт будет нельзя.
Что останется
- Отпечаток (хеш) почты или аккаунта Google и отметка о том, что пробный период и бесплатный бонус уже использованы, чтобы их нельзя было получать повторно.
Сроки
Удаляем в течение 30 дней после запроса, обычно быстрее, и сообщаем, когда готово.
How to delete your account

In the app
Open “Profile”, tap “Delete account” at the bottom and confirm. The request goes to our support team.
Without the app
Email lenanovyk3@gmail.com from the email or account you signed in with. Include your account number if you know it and write: “Please delete my account and all data”.
What is deleted
The account, subscription, all connected devices, sign-in methods, notification tokens, connection logs and support requests. The VPN stops working on all devices. The account cannot be restored.
What is kept
- A hashed fingerprint of the email or Google account and a mark that the trial and the free bonus were already used, so they cannot be claimed again.
Timing
We delete within 30 days of the request, usually sooner, and let you know when it is done.
